Providence Resources P.l.c. have been informed by J P Morgan Chase & Co that with effect from 22 March 2013;

J P Morgan Chase & Co. now hold 4,400,670 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company representing 6.82% of the issued ordinary share capital.
