Providence Resources P.l.c. have today been informed by BlackRock Inc. that with effect from 21 March 2013;

BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited now hold 5,804,427 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company representing 8.9993% of the issued ordinary share capital.
