EnQuest PLC Annual Report and Accounts Disclosure.

The Company announces on 25 April 2013 that the EnQuest Annual Report & Accounts
2012 and the Notice of 2013 Annual General Meeting have been published. These
documents are publicly available on the EnQuest PLC website (www.enquest.com),
found under the Investors section. This follows the release on 27 March 2013 of
the Company's Preliminary Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December
2012.

In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, on 25 April 2013 the Company
submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism copies

The Annual General Meeting will take place on 29 May 2013 and the total of the
votes cast by shareholders for and against or withheld on each resolution to be
