Further to the completion of the reduction of the denomination of the bank’s shares and the corresponding capital decrease on 25 April 2013, cf. company announcement of 25 April 2013, Vestjysk Bank A/S hereby discloses that the bank’s total share capital as of 30 April 2013 amounts to DKK 61,288,878 divided into 61,288,878 shares of nominally DKK 1 each. Each share carries one vote.
