Rights issue in Arctic Gold completed


The rights issue in Arctic Gold, with May 8th as last day for subscription, has
been completed. The issue amounted to 5,389,493 shares providing Arctic Gold
with SEK 5.4m before issue costs.
In the issue, 3,378,048 shares were subscribed for with and without preferential
rights, totaling to approx. SEK 3.4m. The remaining part of the issue,
corresponding to approx. SEK 2.0m was signed equally by the two largest
shareholders of Arctic Gold, Markus Elsasser and Tord Cederlund in accordance
with underwriting guarantees.

“The capital raised in this issue gives us the means to continue the development
of the company focusing on the political processes around the granting of
permissions for our gold and copper project at Bidjovagge, in northern Norway”
says Lars-Åke Claesson, CEO of Arctic Gold AB.

When the issue is recorded at Bolagsverket, the total number of shares in Arctic
Gold will be 16,168,479 and the share capital 21,557,972 SEK. The trading of
paid and subscribed shares (BTA) continues at NASDAQ OMX First North until
Bolagsverket has recorded the issue, which is estimated to be done by the end of
May 2013.
