Registration of rights issue

The rights issue in Arctic Gold is now registered. In the rights issue, 5
389 493 shares were issued and the total number of outstanding shares now
amounts to 16 168 479 shares.
Last day of trading in subscription shares (BTA) is on June 10, 2013, end day at
Euroclear is June 13, 2013 and the shares are expected to be delivered to the
recipients on June 17, 2013.
