Name change to Agrokultura AB (ticker AGRA)

Following the recent resolution by the Annual General Meeting on 16 May, the
Company hereby announces that effective from Tuesday 18 June the shares of
“Alpcot Agro AB” (ticker: “ALPA”) will be traded on Nasdaq OMX First North under
the new name “Agrokultura AB” (ticker: “AGRA”).
