NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of July 5, 2013 to resume the trading in AS “Latvijas Gāze” shares (GZE1R, ISIN: LV0000100899).
Continous trading with an open call auction will start at 12:40 (EET). Order management will be possible at 12:30 (EET), continuous trading will start at 12:40 (EET).
Trading in AS “Latvijas Gāze” shares was suspended taking into account the application made by the company where AS „Latvijas Gāze” asked NASDAQ OMX Riga to suspend trading in company’s shares during the annual general meeting of shareholders on July 5 where it was planned to adopt material resolutions.
AS „Latvijas Gāze” has submitted the resolutions of the annual general meeting of shareholders, therefore the company has eliminated all reasons, based on which trading was suspended.
