Ad hoc Announcement

Alphaform AG adjusts forecast for the current business year

Feldkirchen, 23rd July 2013 - Due to cyclical revenue reductions and an
increasing price pressure, especially during the first four months of the
business year 2013, Alphaform AG has to adjust downwards its previous
forecast.

The company now assumes for 2013 a group revenue of EUR 26.5 million
(previous forecast: EUR 27.0 million to EUR 29.0 million) and slightly
negative earnings after taxes (previous forecast: EUR 0.8 million). In 2012
earnings after taxes amounted to EUR 0.5 million and revenue amounted to
EUR 27.1 million. The revised forecast is only based on the current
business, without considering speculative business opportunities for an
increase due to new areas like 3D-printing or laser-sintered implants.

released today as well. The semi-annual report of the company will be
released on 9th August 2013.
