Frans Benson appointed SVP Investor Relations for ICA Gruppen

Frans Benson has been appointed as Senior Vice President Investment Relations
for ICA Gruppen. Frans is currently head of Investor Relations at Boliden and
will take up his position at ICA Gruppen no later than 1 January  2014.


Sonat Burman-Olsson, Deputy CEO and CFO, ICA Gruppen, comments: "With ICA
Gruppen's listing on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, we want to increase our focus
on and strengthen our work within investor relations. Due to Frans's many years
of experience in this field, I see his appointment as highly positive for ICA
Gruppen."


Frans is 54 and has a long background in both finance and communication in
companies such as Vattenfall and AssiDomän as well as consulting firms such as
Spencer Stuart and JKL. Frans has been Director of Investor Relations at Boliden
since 2009.
