ICA Gruppen’s Nomination Committee appointed


ICA-handlarnas Förbund (the Association of ICA Retailers), Industrivärden and
AMF were the three largest shareholders in ICA Gruppen at 30 August 2013 and are
thereby entitled to appoint members to ICA Gruppen’s Nomination Committee ahead
of the 2014 Annual General Meeting.

ICA-handlarnas Förbund has appointed Claes Ottosson, ICA retailer in Hovås, and
Anna-Karin Liljeholm, legal counsel at ICA-handlarnas Förbund as its
representatives on the Nomination Committee. Industrivärden has appointed Anders
Nyberg, General Counsel at Industrivärden, as its representative on the
Nomination Committee. AMF Fonder has appointed Anders Oscarsson as its
representative on the Nomination Committee.

Unless the members agree otherwise, the chairman of the Nomination Committee
shall be one of the representatives of the largest shareholder based on voting
rights, ICA-handlarnas Förbund. The work of the Nomination Committee is
conducted in accordance with the guidelines adopted by the Annual General
Meeting of ICA Gruppen and in compliance with the Swedish Code of Corporate
Governance.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals and views regarding the work of the
Nomination Committee are requested to do so as soon as possible, but not later
than Wednesday, 19 February 2014.

The 2014 Annual General Meeting of ICA Gruppen will be held on Wednesday, 9
April 2014 at 16.00 CET at Friends Arena in Solna.
