Pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 9:5) HC LPN Holding Oy Ab (“Hartwall Capital Oy Ab”) has notified that, as from 27 September 2013, Hartwall Capital Oy Ab’s holding in shares of Sponda Plc has risen above 1/10 (10%), and the current holding of Hartwall Capital Oy Ab in Sponda Plc's shares is 10.06%.
