The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet) has approved the AS Tallink Grupp listing prospectus for a 900 million NOK bond on 14th of October. On June 3, 2013 AS Tallink Grupp completed the private placement of this 900 NOK million senior unsecured bond. The maturity date of the floating interest rate bond is 18th of October 2018. Security note together with the registration document constitutes the prospectus. Prospectus is available at AS Tallink Grupp homepage www.tallink.com/bond. Application will be made for a listing of the bonds on the Oslo Stock Exchange (Oslo Bors), listing is expected within a week.
