Today, the Board of Directors has decided to reduce the number of Executive Vice Presidents that are also members of the Company’s Executive Board registered with the Danish Business Authority.
As of today, Chr. Hansen Holding A/S’ Executive Board will consist of three individuals, Chief Executive Officer Cees de Jong, Chief Financial Officer Klaus Pedersen and Executive Vice President Knud Vindfeldt.
Carsten Bennike, Executive Vice President of the Natural Colors Division and Jesper Allentoft, Executive Vice President of Stakeholder Relations will continue as part of the Company’s executive management team (“Corporate Leadership Team”).
