NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING
The company was notified on 21 November 2013 by BlackRock, Inc that, following an acquisition of voting rights, through a chain of controlled undertakings it now holds indirectly voting rights in the company through ordinary shares and through other financial instruments over 78,566,578 ordinary shares. This amounts to 5.06% of the company's total voting rights.
