CANCELLATION OF 66,619 SHARES
At its meeting on December 20, 2013, the ADLPartner's Management Board has decided unanimously to cancel with immediate effect 66,619 shares purchased in the frame of the share buyback program authorized by the Shareholders' General Meeting of June 17, 2011.
Based on the number of shares in circulation on December 19, 2013, the canceled shares represent approximately 1.53% of the share capital of the company. Therefore, the share capital has been reduced from 4,361,344 shares to 4,294,725 shares.
