Delay in Lodgment of 2013 Annual Report
Microskin Plc (GXG:MSKN) (the "Company") wishes to advise that the changeover from an Australian unlisted public company to a UK public listed company part way through 2011/2012 meant that the Company had to conduct an audit in Australia followed by an audit in the UK. This has taken much longer than anticipated and consequently it has lead to a delay in the release of the Company's 2013 Annual Report.
The Australian audit is now complete and the Company anticipates the UK audit will be complete mid January.
