Johan Petter Barlindhaug, Chairman of the Board of North Energy ASA, has in connection with the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting on 13 February 2014, received proxy rights from shareholders representing 8,281,766 shares in the company, equal to 20.3 % of the voting rights.
