ASKER, NORWAY (20 February 2014) - Nine employees of TGS have today, 20 February 2014, exercised in total 31,500 stock options. All options were exercised from the award in August 2009 secured by warrants at an exercise price of NOK 78.66 per share. Attached is a list of primary insiders exercising stock options.
