Badoo Recognized by Peers as 2014 Leading E-Retailer

The MRC announced today that Badoo, the world's largest social network for
meeting new people with more than 200 million users, has been selected as the
2014 Merchant Spotlight winner. Recognizing innovation and creativity, the
Merchant Spotlight Award honors one online or multichannel merchant each year
whose payments or risk systems have contributed to their commercial and
operational success.

Badoo won over a panel of leading online retailers with the introduction of

at MRC's upcoming 2014 eCommerce Payments and Risk Conference; 17-20 March at
the ARIA Resort and Casino is Las Vegas.
