Russian  Real Estate  Investment Company  AB (publ)  genomför apportemission och
förvärvar  därigenom resterande  50 % av  aktierna i  Grechetto Holdings Limited
samt vissa fordringar
Russian  Real Estate  Investment Company  AB (publ)  completes its  new issue of
shares with payment in kind and thereby acquires the outstanding 50 per cent. of
the shares in Grechetto Holdings Limited and certain claims

Russian  Real Estate Investment Company AB  (publ) ("Ruric" eller "Bolaget") har
emitterat 138 591 945 aktier av serie B med betalning genom tillskott av 50 % av
aktierna  i Grechetto Holdings Limited, org.  nr. HE 208962, samt överlåtelse av
vissa fordringar på Grechetto Holdings Limited och "Litera" LLC. Highton Limited
tecknade  sig  för  77 408 711 aktier  av  serie  B  och Melekess Invest Limited
tecknade  sig för 61 183 234 aktier av serie B. Genom de tecknade och tilldelade
aktierna  ökades  Bolagets  aktiekapital  med  85 165 700 kronor. Aktiekapitalet
uppgår   efter  emissionen  till  165 165 700 kronor.  Det  sammanlagda  antalet
utestående  aktier i  Bolaget uppgår  efter emissionen  till 268 777 639 aktier,
fördelade på 1 330 266 aktier av serie A och 267 447 373 aktier av serie B.
Russian  Real Estate Investment Company AB (publ) ("Ruric" or the "Company") has
issued 138,591,945 class B shares with payment through by the transfer of 50 per
cent.  of the shares in Grechetto Holdings  Limited, reg. no. HE 208926, as well
as  the  transfer  of  claims  on  Grechetto  Holdings Limited and "Litera" LLC.
Highton  Limited subscribed  for 77,408,711 class  B shares  and Melekess Invest
Limited subscribed for 61,183,234 class B shares. Through the subscribed for and
issued  shares, the Company's share capital  was increased with SEK 85,165,700.
The  share capital amounts to SEK  165,165,700 after the issue. The total amount
of  outstanding shares  in the  Company is  268,777,639 shares after  the issue,
divided into 1,330,266 class A shares and 267,447,373 class B shares.
