Intermediate Capital Group plc announces realisation
Further to prior announcements of realisations, Intermediate Capital Group plc ("ICG") announces that the remaining mezzanine investment made by ICG and members of its group in Materis has been realised. The original amount of this investment, made in 2006, was €51.0m. Total proceeds received at the time of exit were €76.5m (this amount does not include prior payments of interest and early redemption received during the investment period). Materis is a speciality building materials business based in France.
ICG will continue to make the market aware of significant realisations.
