Sentica Partners and CEO Tervanen increase ownership of Frankis Group
Funds managed by Sentica Partners have today acquired from Ab R. Grönblom
International Ltd. ("RGI") the outstanding vendor loan held by RGI (principal
value of €2,943,000). In connection with the acquisition of the vendor loan
funds managed by Sentica Partners together with Mr. Tommi Tervanen, CEO of
Frankis Group Oyj, has acquired RGI's 20 per cent ownership in Frankis Group
Oyj. Funds managed by Sentica Partners will acquire 17.5 per cent of the
outstanding shares in Frankis Group Oyj and Mr. Tommi Tervanen 2.5 per cent.
