Energi Danmark A/S herby announces the appointment of Martin Romvig, CEO of HEF
A.m.b.a, as member of the board of directors. The appointment took place today,
October 15(th) 2014, at an extraordinary general meeting.

Martin Romvig replaces board member, and former CEO of HEF A.m.b.a, Jan Ravn who
over the years has contributed with valuable and professional input and guidance
to Energi Danmark A/S. Jan Ravn has resigned from the board of directors today,
October 15(th) 2014, and he is stepping down due to retirement.
