Johan Petter Barlindhaug, Chairman of the Board of North Energy ASA, has in connection with the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting on 3 November 2014, received proxy rights from shareholders representing 6,935,135 shares in the company, equal to 5.8 % of the voting rights.
