Frankis Group Oyj names new executive team

Frankis Group Oyj has elected new members to its executive team. Timo Pirskanen
has been named as Chief Financial Officer, Olli Väätäinen as Chief Operating
Officer, Anssi Koivula as Chief Procurement Officer, and Antti Isokangas as the
Group's first Chief Communications Officer.

Tommi Tervanen continues as Chief Executive Officer. Tervanen will take on the
main responsibility for developing new restaurant concepts for Frankis Group
Oyj, as well as developing its existing brands.

The new management team will start its work on 26(th) January, 2015.
Concurrently, Olli Väätäinen will also leave his position on the Board of
Directors of Frankis Oyj. Mr Väätäinen will be replaced on the Board by Mikael
Autio, Investment Manager at Sentica Partners Oy.

Frankis Group Oyj is a Finland-based group of companies specialising in the
quick service restaurant market. The group consists of Kotipizza Oyj and
Helsinki Foodstock Oy. The main owner of Frankis Group Oyj is Sentica Partners
Oy.
