Directorate change
Notification is given that Roger Abravanel will not be seeking re-election at Admiral Group plc's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2015 and will be stepping down as a non-executive director of Admiral Group plc effective from that date.
Alastair Lyons, Admiral Group plc Chairman said: "I would like to thank Roger for his contribution to the Board, in particular the insight he has provided us into the Italian market."
