In accordance with the bonus scheme for key executives in Bank Norwegian AS, the Board of Directors in Norwegian Finans Holding ASA, in accordance with the granted Board authorization, has on June 17, 2015 approved a share capital increase in Norwegian Finans Holding ASA by NOK 194,506, from NOK 173,000,202 to NOK 173,194,708, by issuance of 194,506 shares at a par value of 1.00.
