PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Octopus Apollo VCT plc announces that on 31 July 2015 the Company purchased for cancellation 219,363 Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a price of 78.0 pence per share.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 151,636,479 comprising 99,830,660 Ordinary 10p Shares and 51,805,819 C Ordinary 1p Shares.
