About delisting of IPAS „INVL Asset Management” fund „Baltic Index Fonds” from Nasdaq Baltic Fund list and additional reason for observation status


Nasdaq Riga decided on September 22, 2015 to delist IPAS „INVL Asset Management” fund „Baltic Index Fonds” from Nasdaq Baltic Fund list. The last listing day is set to be October 9, 2015.

According to IPAS “INVL Asset Management” announcement the liquidation of “Baltic Index Fonds” has been initiated after approval from Financial and capital market commission.  

Simultaneously Nasdaq Riga on September 22, 2015 decided to supplement observation status applied to “Baltic Index Fonds” as of September 11, 2015 with additional reason considering upcoming delisting of “Baltic Index Fonds”.

Thus the observation status to “Baltic Index Fonds” will be applied also in accordance with Nasdaq Riga Listing and Disclosure rules Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 7, which stipulates that the Issuer shall be placed on observation status if a delisting application has been submitted or in the next 6 months it is planned to perform activities in the result of which the financial instruments of the Issuer would be delisted.

The purpose of assigning observation status is to alert the market participants.
