HYGEA VCT PLC ("Hygea" or "the Company")
BOARD CHANGES
The Board of Hygea today announces that James Otter has resigned as a Director and Richard Roth has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Richard brings considerable financial, operational and VCT experience to the Board of Hygea. He is Chairman of Oxford Technology 2 VCT plc (OT2) and a Director of OT1, OT3 and OT4 and, as previously announced, has been assisting the Board of Hygea with its review of the Board structure, performance fee arrangements and other costs since July 2015. These reviews are ongoing and the results will be announced in due course. Richard holds 159,612 shares in the Company, representing a holding of 1.96%.
Richard's additional current directorships, and former directorships within the last five years are as follows:
