Erling Øverland has notified PCI Biotech Holding ASA's Nomination Committee and Board of Directors that he does not wish to be candidate for re-election as Board Chairman of PCI Biotech Holding ASA at the next ordinary general meeting, in May 2016. Erling Øverland has served as the Chairman of the Board since October 2008.
The Nomination Committee of PCI Biotech Holding ASA is responsible for submitting a recommendation to the General Meeting for the election of a new Chairman of the Board. Kjetil Hestdal is Chairman of the Nomination Committee of PCI Biotech Holding ASA.
