NATTO: CHANGE OF GENERAL MANAGER

NattoPharma ASA has on March 15th formally made a change to the position of
General Manager (Daglig Leder). The new General Manager is Kjetil Ramsøy, and
this change is only valid for NattoPharma ASA.

NattoPharma will continue to be managed by Daniel H. Rosenbaum in his position
as the group CEO.

As Daniel H. Rosenbaum is a resident of the US, he cannot formally have the
position as General Manager in a Norwegian legal entity (allmennaksjeselskap).
Kjetil Ramsøy, in the position as group CFO, is therefore appointed as General
Manager for the parent company in the group.
