The Annual Report for 2015 in Swedish is now available on Magnolia Bostad’s
website, www.magnoliabostad.se/investorrelations. The Annual Report for 2015 in
English will be available on Magnolia Bostad’s website within a few days.

The printed Annual Report in Swedish will be available during the last week of
April and can be ordered by sending an e-mail to bolagsstamma@magnoliabostad.se.

As has previously been announced, Magnolia Bostad’s annual general meeting will
be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 1.00 pm in Kammarsalen at Berns, Berzelii
Park, Stockholm. Notification of attendance may be given on the Company’s
