As described in the consolidated interim quarterly report 1/2016, the company's order intake has been weaker compared to the last year and the company is expecting the markets to remain soft for the becoming quarters.
Due to the weaker demand, it is likely that the company will not be able to fulfil the leverage covenant to be tested on 30 June 2016, and the senior and mezzanine lenders have agreed to waive the possible leverage covenant breach.
