Kjetil Grønskag, Chairman and CEO of RomReal Ltd, has today purchased 250,000 shares at a price of NOK 1.60 per share in RomReal Ltd through his associated company Grønco AS.
Following the trade, Kjetil Grønskag controls privately and through holding companies 4,100,037 shares in RomReal, representing 9.91% of the total shareholding in RomReal Ltd.
