NATTO: SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE

Reference is made to the notice on 27thJune 2016 about issue of shares to
employees and strategic partners.

The share capital increase has been registered and the company's share capital
is NOK 52,334,799 divided into 17,444,933 registered shares each with a nominal
value of NOK 3.00.

The new shares will be admitted to listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange as soon as
all shares are issued to the respective subscribed securities account, this is
expected to be completed by 1stSeptember 2016.
