As of today, DFDS A/S' holding of treasury shares has decreased to below 5.0% of the Company's share capital.

The ownership share has decreased due to the cancellation of 3.0 million treasury shares.

At the beginning of trading today, DFDS' holding of own shares minus the cancelled shares was 1,217,231 equal to an ownership share of the Company's share capital of 2.1%.
