Changes to MBWS' Board of Directors
In order to better reflect the current shareholder structure of Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits, DF Holding (Castel Group), has resigned from its seat on MBWS' Board of Directors, effective 12 May 2017. DF Holding (Group Castel) was represented on MBWS' Board by Laurence Dequatre.
DF Holding has in this sense informed Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits, on 19 May 2017, of its decision to end the concert agreement that joined it to Diana Holding.
The MBWS Board of Directors has thus designated the vacant board seat to COFEPP, and will propose the ratification of this designation at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held in Paris on 27 June 2017.
The Board of Directors and Management of Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits take this opportunity to thank Laurence Dequatre for her strategic and operational contributions to the transformation of the Group, and for her role in returning the Company to a path of profitable and sustainable growth.
