Ferrari N.V. (NYSE/MTA: RACE) ("Ferrari" or the "Company") announces that under the common share buyback program announced on 9 February 2018, the Company has purchased the common shares on the Italian Stock Exchange (MTA), as provided in attachment.
After the purchases announced today and considering those previously executed under the program, the total invested amount is Euro 30,056,649.00 ($ 37,026,541.03 (*)) for a total amount of 307,856 common shares purchased.
As of 9 April 2018 the Company holds No. 5,277,481 common shares in treasury. In total, the Company holds 2.11% of total issued share capital including the common shares and the special voting shares.
