Announcement concerning large shareholders under the Danish Capital Markets Act
Parvus Asset Management Europe Limited, London, United Kingdom has today notified Ringkjøbing Landbobank of its ownership interest in the bank.
With effect from 11 June 2018, the ownership interest has fallen to below 5% because of the increase in the bank’s share capital to nom. DKK 30,994,258 following the merger.
