Spar Nord to issue tier 2 capital for DKK 400 million
Effective 19 June 2018, Spar Nord will issue capital certificates eligible as tier 2 capital. The issue, which totals DKK 400 million and has been earmarked for a small number of professional investors, has a maturity of ten years with a first call option after five years.
The interest rate on the issue for the first five years of maturity has been agreed at 2.5348 %. The issue is a part of Spar Nord’s ongoing refinancing of subordinated capital.
