Mr. Walpuck brings more than 20 years of experience as a financial executive with public and private companies to DNA. His experience includes supporting companies through high growth phases of development, multiple acquisition and financing events, public company listing processes and compliance, systems implementations, and international expansion initiatives. Prior to joining DNA, Mr. Walpuck served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Creative Realities, Inc., a publicly traded technology company. Mr. Walpuck is a CPA, holds other professional certifications, and has his MBA from the University of Chicago.
