As of May 7, 2026, Silvaco is providing guidance for its second quarter of 2026, which represents Silvaco’s current estimates of its operations and financial results. Discussion of Non-GAAP Financial Measures and Other Key Business Metrics
We use certain non-GAAP financial measures and key business metrics to supplement the performance measures in our consolidated financial statements, which are presented in accordance with GAAP.
