LOS ANGELES, Feb. 18, 1999 (PRIMEZONE) -- Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: OXY) said today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.25 per share of common stock payable April 15, 1999 to stockholders of record on March 10, 1999.
The board also declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.75 per share on Occidental's $3.00 Cumulative CXY-Indexed Convertible Preferred Stock payable April 1, 1999 to stockholders of record on March 10, 1999.
Occidental also announced that its 1999 annual meeting of stockholders will be held April 30 at 10:30 a.m. at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, 1855 Main Street, Santa Monica, California.
