The Seattle office will oversee the various operations of the business including Sonic Systems Corporation of British Columbia, a wholly owned subsidiary engaged in supplying Traffic Prioritization technology to state, local, and provincial governments in North America and around the world.
Leading the launch of this Seattle HQ will be Gary A. Roshak, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the firm. Prior to joining Sonic Systems, Mr. Roshak was Vice President and General Manager of Wildfire Communications, a company developing speech recognition-based personal assistant technology. An established figure in the communications industry, Mr. Roshak has been a pioneer in delivering innovative applications of wireless and data communications technologies to corporate users.
As Sonic's world headquarters, Seattle will soon encompass the corporate CFO and COO functions as well. "Seattle is a great place for a company like ours," says Roshak.
