DALLAS, June 2, 1999 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Transcontinental Realty Investors, Inc. (NYSE: TCI) Wednesday announced the payment of the second quarter dividend of 15 cents per share. The dividend will be payable June 30, 1999, to stockholders of record on June 14, 1999.
The 15 cents per share dividend represents the 15th consecutive quarterly payment for TCI.
