Entertech to Provide Infusion of Capital for Outwest


Los Angeles, July 20,1999 (PRIMEZONE) -- EnterTech Media Group, Inc. President Mark Tolner stated that the group will, upon completion of the proposed merger, inject into Outwest Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: OUTW) substantial cash and / or securities in addition to EnterTech's existing assets, business and corporate structure. On June 28, 1999, Outwest announced that a letter of intent had been signed to merge with EnterTech Media Group, Inc., a private Nevada - based group of companies specializing in entertainment and technology.

Mark Tolner and Outwest Chairman Ray Ruff anticipate that the merger will enable the enlarged group to compete more effectively across a much wider part of the entertainment spectrum and also will provide a strong financial base for growth.

EnterTech is a major shareholder in Talk Visual Corporation (OTC BB: TVCP) a publicly-traded communications company that is assembling a Global Visual Telephone network in association with England's Cable and Wireless and Sweden's telecommunications giant, Telia. EnterTech has also recently formed a feature film distribution and production company with a projected $145 million film production fund. EnterTech has entered into agreements to acquire a number of complementary businesses including a unique film library and is planning for the streaming and downloading of feature films through the Internet.
