National Realty General Partner Elects New Director

DALLAS, Oct. 28, 1999 (PRIMEZONE) -- National Realty, L.P. (AMEX:NLP) Thursday announced that NRLP Management Corp., the partnership's general partner, elected Richard D. (Dave) Morgan, to serve as a director on its three-member board.

Morgan is president of the Tara Group, Inc., a Dallas-based property redevelopment and management company that holds a $55 million portfolio of shopping centers, apartments and land. Previous to founding the Tara Group in 1989, Morgan's real estate experience included the presidency of the shopping center division of a major real estate company for nine years. Earlier in his career, Morgan was a single-family homebuilder, as well as a developer of industrial properties and apartments.

Morgan fills the vacancy created by the recent resignation of Randall K. Gonzalez, chief executive officer and president of The Gonzalez Company.

"Dave Morgan brings to the NMC board years of invaluable commercial real estate experience that is highly complementary to the talents of current members," stated Karl L. Blaha, NRLP Management Corp. president.

National Realty, L.P. is a Dallas-based real estate investment partnership that operates across the United States.
