DALLAS, Nov. 22, 1999, (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Trustees of Continental Mortgage and Equity Trust (Nasdaq:CMETS) Monday announced the payment of a fourth quarter dividend of 15 cents per share. The distribution will be payable Dec. 31, 1999, to shareholders of record on Dec. 15, 1999.
The 15 cents per share dividend represents the 28th consecutive quarterly distribution for Continental Mortgage.
